Our platform integrates Autodesk Platform Services (APS) to enable features like 3D visualization, data management, and automation. As part of this, your design files and related data may be processed and stored using APS infrastructure.

2.6 Your data (including BIM, PDF, and image files) may be used in anonymized form to train and enhance our machine learning algorithms and simulation capabilities.
2.7 As a trial user, you agree that your name and your company's or institute's or university's name may be used publicly by the Organization in marketing documents or any other materials to indicate that you are a trial user of the Application. 3. Data Storage and Security
3.1 Your data is stored securely on AWS infrastructure located in India. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
3.2 We use the services of HubSpot, Inc for various activities. If you enter data for the purpose of signing up to the application (e.g. e-mail address), this data is stored on the servers of HubSpot in the USA
3.3 We use the services of Zoho Corporation for various activities. If you enter data for the purpose of signing up to the application (e.g. e-mail address), this data is stored on the servers of Zoho Corporation in India
3.4 Data Encryption
All data transmitted between your device and our platform is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Additionally, data at rest is encrypted to ensure its security
3.5 Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
